This offer is sponsored and funded by Western Union Financial Services, Inc., 7001 East Belleview Avenue Denver, Colorado 80237, United States (“Sponsor”). The Stablecard is a credit card issued by Third National pursuant to a license from Visa. The Stablecard app is provided by Western Union. Visa and Money20/20 are not sponsors of this offer and are not responsible for it.
Sign-up must be completed in person at the Rain booth at Money20/20 USA in Las Vegas between 10:00 AM PT on October 20, 2026 and 2:00 PM PT on October 20, 2026. The offer ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 21, 2026 (the “Offer Period”).
To receive the credits, you must:
People who download the app or apply outside the event, including by scanning the QR code from a photo, post, or other copy, are not eligible. Employees of Sponsor, Rain, Western Union, and their agencies are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Downloading the app or starting an application does not open a card account. All applications are subject to identity verification, eligibility checks, and the Stablecard Cardholder Agreement. If you are not approved during the event, you will not receive any credit under this offer.
Welcome Credit. $20 is added to your Stablecard spending power when your card is created, after you meet the requirements in Section 4.
Spend Credit. $20 is added to your Stablecard spending power after your eligible purchases total at least $12.00, net of returns and reversals, between your card creation and 11:59 PM Pacific Time on October 21, 2026. Purchases count toward the $12.00 whether or not they use the Welcome Credit.
Credits are applied automatically after you qualify. The maximum total is $40 per person.
Eligible purchases are purchases of goods or services made with your Stablecard at merchants that accept Visa. The following do not count:
The credits are promotional credits, stated in U.S. dollars, added to the spending power on your Stablecard credit card account. They can only be used for purchases with your Stablecard.
The credits are not USDPT or any other digital asset, are not deposited to your wallet or added to your collateral, and are not interest or yield for holding any digital asset. Unless the law requires otherwise, the credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, transferred, sold, or exchanged.
Credits applied to your account do not expire. Eligibility to earn credits ends when the Offer Period ends.
We may withhold a credit, or reverse a credit already applied, at our sole discretion, including if:
If your account closes for any other reason after a credit has been applied, the credit will not be refunded and cannot be withdrawn.
We may change, suspend, or end this offer at any time without notice, including if required by law, if we detect fraud or abuse, or if a technical issue outside our control affects it. Changes will not reduce credits you already earned, except as described in Section 9.
You are responsible for any taxes that apply to credits you receive. Please consult a tax advisor.
Your card account is governed by the Stablecard Cardholder Agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement on how this offer works, these terms control. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy at https://westernunionstablecardlegal.com/privacy-policy-english. These terms are governed by Puerto Rico law, and disputes are resolved as set out in your Cardholder Agreement.
